New Cafe FIKA opens in Paris -- our book is there

When New Café FIKA opened at the Swedish Institute in Paris on the 2nd of September, our book was on display and for sale in the cafe, giving the Parisians and all international visitors a chance to learn about our social ritual and cultural treasure fika.

With culinary guidance by Swedish cook and baker Maria Printz from Stallarholmen, Café FIKA gives the visitor of the Swedish Institute in Paris an experience of Swedish food and pastries.
